The Tasman Secondary Schools Duathlon Champs will be run on 10 August 2014 alongside the Fun Duathlon scheduled for that day.

Teams

 

Teams are made up of 2 people. The runner must complete both run legs. Each run is 2.3km.

 

Distance

 

All categories race the same distance. 

2.3km run / 15km ride / 2.3km run

The run is off-road and a mixture of gravel road and single track. The Cycle is an out and back course on a quiet road. Roads bikes and Mountain bikes are suitable.
